At SubtechFactory, we stand behind the quality of our products. All standard and custom-made illuminated signs come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.


WARRANTY REMEDIES

If your product is found to be defective and is covered under our warranty, we may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Parts Replacement: We will identify and remove the cause of the fault, and send you spare parts for free replacement to restore the sign to its original working condition.

  • Remake Product: If the item has suffered major failure or damage beyond repair, we will remake the product at no cost to you.

  • Refund Option: A refund may be issued if the sign is completely non-working due to severe damage or other major issues covered under warranty.


FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We ensure that each item undergoes a strict quality inspection before being carefully packaged and dispatched to you.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the goods immediately.
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

To process your claim, please follow these steps:

Faulty Items:

Products determined to be faulty will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the 1-year warranty period.
Please contact us at support@subtechfactory.com so we can help troubleshoot the issue.

Incorrect Items:

If you received the wrong item, please take clear photos of the package and the item itself and email them to support@subtechfactory.com within 3 business days of receiving the product.

Damaged Items:

Do not install or use the product. Please take clear photos and videos of both the package and the damaged item and send them to support@subtechfactory.com within 3 business days of delivery. We will verify and investigate the cause of the damage.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short video (if applicable)
