All items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To obtain a prior approval of return or exchange, please contact us at Explain your issue and need to us, and our support team will inspect and handle it for you.

Approved returns must be shipped within one week of receiving the item. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

Please note

1. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. We do not accept return parcels marked as “Freight to Collect”.



Please contact our support team for any issues immediately once you receive your parcels. You will receive a notification once your return item has been received and inspected. If refund is approved, it will be back to your original payment account. And you will be notified via email with the details of the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
