SubtechFactory ships order from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide below different delivery methods, including DHL, FedEx, USPS and Sea Transportation.

Please make sure your address is correct, we will ship to the address you provided. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you.

 

What is Estimated Delivery Date?

Your estimated delivery date is based on the products selected, shipping address, and shipping method. This timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.

 

RTS Products will be shipped within 2-3 days
Customized Products will be shipped within 7-10 days

Shipping by DHL/FedEx takes 4-7 business days to US/CA
Shipping by USPS takes 7-10 business days to US/CA
Shipping by Sea takes 5-6 weeks to US/CA

How Can I Track My Shipment?

We will notify you by email with tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system.

 

What Can I Do If My Item is Delayed, Lost or Damaged?

If your package is delayed, it may be due to an incorrect address or adverse weather conditions. You can track the package status online and confirm that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and up-to-date. If your package remains delayed for more than 48 hours despite your efforts, please contact us or the carrier for help. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will remake the order for you asap.
